I am trying to get the natonal pokedex blah, and I still need to register Prinplup. I know Pokemon Ranger Jeffery has 2, but I can't seem to find him. Do you know where he is?

I think I found him. (2nd person when heading south through rainy area)
However, if not, I'll keep updated.

Okay, finally finished Sinnoh 'dex.

Will keep this unlocked for future needs.
