If you do, it will restore default everything with the Game Cache File (GCF) stored on your PC. However, this seems like it might be a GPU issue. How old is your PC/what are the specs? |

delete the second garrysmod folder and boot up gmod |

Delete GMOD completly and then reistall it in steam. |
