Although it is possible to skip grades in school, being 11 in highschool would require skipping at least 3 grades.

Thing is, how many 11 year olds are in 10th grade?
How many of those are enrolled in college?
How many of those are in Stanford specifically.
If he was speaking the truth a simple google search would revile who he is.
