Light dimmness option during adding lights to bricks.

When your adding a light to a brick, you should be able to use the scroll wheel on your mouse to make the lighting dimmer or brighter, when it is brighter it will light a larger area, when dim it will light less of an area, with the scroll wheel you should also be able to make the affects bigger and smaller, what do you think?

I'd /support this too. But instead, have some kind of slider. Because I am lacking in a "Scroll" wheel. I am on a laptop.
