that doesn't make sense since a furry "is someone who is fascinated with anthropomorphized animal characters" which basically means if they don't think furries are "attractive or cute" they aren't a furry... correct?

What really gets my goat is when they complain about being made fun of. It's a special interest that you are choosing to show off. So don't act so surprised when people call you out on it, and quit trying to make it seem like you're being victimized. You're the one that brought it up in the first place. Don't like being made fun of? Then change your avatars, stop making furry gathering groups, stop drawing furries, and shut the hell up about being a furry. There. Problem solved, everybody is happy.
