To begin with you need to add more emphasis in shots such as in the first shot in your first short when it has a shot going down the isle facing towards the speaker. It doesn't capture the speaker very well nor does it present the size of the crowd well either.
There are some also unclear things in your clips such as there's a random chained up guy and after he screams into the mic it goes to another clip of the chained up guy and he's all bloody.
Explain boy, explain. Who is he? How did he get there? Why is he wearing those horrible jeans to go with that outfit? :3
Also lip sync with video was quite poor. A way I help with lip sync is saying it out loud when I film.
Another thing is that when it zooms into the 2 guys faces, the second shot was a bit strange and could have been centered better. Other than that the shots were pretty well done.

well... it's a little difficult to me to act 2 characters each time! Yes i made this alone in singleplayer and nice video
oh and i need someone to make the voices, my microphone is not doing well
