Be more specific. Are you talking about JVS? Did you download it? Enable it? If so, it would be in new tab in the brick menu.

Like Skar said if its JVS then it wont stay checked if you dont have JVS content. So download JVS Content first.

i meant that when i enabled it it wasnt working but ive figured it out now. you put JVS content in the base folder instead of the addons folder.
