Oh and RTB requires that you have the full version.
RTB gives you an add-on manager (which can download add-ons in-game), an IRC client to talk to people outside of servers, and makes it easier to manage advanced server preferences.

Get RTB, it's very useful for downloading add-ons real quick and talking to people who are online.
