I think I'mma have to drop out. I can't settle on an idea. Is a WIP build ok? I've been working on it since August '09, and has about 60k bricks. It takes 10 minutes to load.
So is a WIP build good? It's about %80 done. It just needs elevators and a top floor.

Any build is find as long as it ties in with the rules.
