I am actually surprised at the feedback. I was completely expecting a more "no one would ever want to do this" approach, just because it involves money.

One issue:
When I first installed my server, I had to setKey() my key so that the copy of BL would be owned by me, and I think solutions for this should be found.
Ephialtes:
If I were to do this via RTB people would have to enter their key as part of the payment/registration process for a server. I'm not going to bother trying to figure out some way around this.
