Although, Icygamma, I must believe you on this one, because in all technicality, this is in fact more than a build. It's a skyscraper with adequate electrical eventing. Don't be surprised when people ask this question though, because physically, it looks like a normal building.

For example, people have played around with generators, but I've taken a generator idea and literally powered an entire tower from it. Then the restaurant, people have RP'd crappy restaurants before but I went and found a bunch of well known players and hosted an evening of evented food and fine dining (no doubt there were some technical problems with the variables but it went pretty well). Its those kind of things that you won't find anywhere else.
