Yeah, this has been found out before. For some reason Baddy decided to make it so that if you were to add 's' to forum it will take you to that screen.
Feel free to guess why, if it's been established I've missed it.

Because I believe the forums used to have an S at the end. Even if not, some do, and this is to prevent stupids from thinking the forums are down.
