Paypal only charged me $18 --- Borat: NOT!

Well, I forget what it was for, I think the account verification... Yeah, thats where they charge you $1.95, I'm gonna presume, to verify your account, but they put that $1.95 into your PayPal to be used on the next purchase. Shows how much I buy through PayPal to have it sitting in there and forget about it.
