Refreshing UI?

Is there a function/script that would drop the cache and refresh the uis and datablocks etc serverside without restarting the server.

Yeah, GUIs and CS files would have to be re-exec'd.  But as for the game recognizing new files (.dts, image files, etc), I think you can just use getModPaths();.
