About legal issues, I really doubt that it is a problem because the buyers already have the game. The only thing I have to worry about is income tax.

Most likely, except I don't have money at the moment. More of a "I would pay this much once I'm able to."

Not quite, all these people have keys and you are allowed to have as many Blockland copies in your possession as you want to.

No, because it's not a profit. It's all voluntary, just that servers like this cost money.
Plus, we're not paying extra for Blockland content. We're paying for a server, that will happen to run Blockland.
