Isar Tower - Black Pearl Restaurant Debut Opening [HOSTED]

I was there for most of it.
It was nice.
Kalphiter flew around outside and waited on the windowsills dressed as a bear.

Will there ever be a public opening of the whole building?
It is sort of dumb to advertise a private event if most of the people reading it wont be there.
