Couldn't load shapes.

It only happens for some servers and it only happens to me. Whenever I am loading I get errors loading shapes and it disconnects. I deleted my cache.db and is still broke. Nobody else on servers seem to be having this problem. I don't see anything in console except it saying "Disconnect: Couldn't load model: Add-Ons/Weapon_SPAS12/SPAS12/spas12.dts" it also does this with files from maps and vehicles. The only way I can fix it is if I download the add-on from forums or RTB. Anybody else have this problem? Anybody know how to fix this?

Yeah I. Don't really know how to turn off.

I searched for the add-on on RTB but found nothing. Also there's nothing about shape downloading in the RTB options.
EDIT: Is there supposed to be a download shapes option?
