[NiT] Nitrovision - Revolutionizing Television!

Pages: (1/3) > >>

brickybob:

Inspired by IcyGamma's Opaque Television.
Summary:
What I am aiming for, is a simpler, more effective version of IcyGamma's television.  Meaning less events, an alert system, easier to modify, just plain easier television experience.

Features:
- Everything IcyGamma's did.
- Slimmer video player.
- 64 pixel, 8x8 glass screen (more pixels than the original.)
- 3D Display
- Video player built into TV itself
- Under 150 bricks, can be loaded in Demo Blockland
- Can do more than 30 seconds!
- The tapes can now handle 400 events using our 2-part tape system!
- Red X in corner if there's no video in the system.

Cons (alas, it can't be perfect):
- Uses 1 non-default add-on.
- If television is rotated, most likely won't work properly, but you can modify the video player to work at another position!

Requires:
Default Add-ons
Variable/Conditional Events

Pictures:
2-Part Track System

Nitrovision Features

You may rage rate x/10.
It took me from 11:15 to 1:25 to build this, and I'm not even completely done.
It took me from 1:25 to 1:38 to make the topic and pictures.

Enjoy!

Video?

Really, if your using VCE, then you could make a seriously more complex system that can handle stupidly high amounts of time, and details. However, for the basic idea, its fairly good. Could you make a video of it, and post it into Youtube?

If you look at my thread in off-topic, Fraps isn't working at the moment and ZDSoft blows.
