Anywho, I can play the piano, but only by lettered notes or by memory (if I'm taught) because I can't read the piano sheetmusic. I fail like that :P
But I have learned some complex pieces such as Requiem for a Dream (good gosh that's hard) and I've parshly composed some of my own music. I also play the recorder (wind instrument ._.) and can hit several random notes on the guitar.
