GCFScape can't be used on TF2 files

I'm trying to get some sounds from TF2 using GCFScape, but when I try to use it, it says it's corrupted or something like that.
I had to post in Games because I won't start topics in Off Topic again.

I dunno what your probelm is, I can get any sound from TF2 using GCFscape.
But like, for almost every new source game I get I can't because apparently the file is missing or summin'.

What's HDR?

its not directly effected by the HDR it self but these problems started when they added this to all maps
