Use materials to build defences -> Go to bank to get more for defences -> Go out of town to get more resources -> Come back -> Get shunned

How do you move around so much, chrono? I've spent all my AP exploring, building a town wall, and fixing my house :X

Food and water.
Use 6 AP -> Eat/drink (preferable to eat first) -> Use 6 AP -> Eat/drink (whatever you didn't do the first time) -> Use 6 AP
You may only eat once and drink once a day, otherwise you get no AP from it and then you just wasted precious resources.
