Well, stuff. I accidentally took one from The Bank thinking it would raise my AP.
Also, I'm loving sneaky. I stole a ration of water from some guy without getting caught. I have enough water to last me if I go outside tomorrow to go exploring.

Pointless. Water can only restore AP once a day. Read everything before you do something like that.
