Yuki never updated the OP but you don't need keys anymore. The game isn't in beta.

also I found bandages
keeping them for a legit reason
dont use bandages when you have an infection until you take the drug to get rid of infection

And never take a drug to get rid of an infection unless you have a bandage, unless you got the infection through some other means which isn't an injury.
