I'm guessing so, but I thought you had to have 100 sp to get into them.
Some guy only had 1.
I only have 36.
etc.
But the map is bigger and we do have a lot of good players.

I have one that has only 4 people and one person who hasn't accepted an invite.
I'm thinking of canceling that invite and kicking one of the people seeing how they aren't active enough and would harm my town if they were ever in it.
