5 of 24 is not half. It was only them, not "many others". Also, they were normal admins.

A "QQ exploit" is exactly what it is - an exploit by pressing Q then Q, aka "rapidfire".

Spawnkilling wasn't a rule, and everyone would do it, because they were trying to take the spawn brick but the owner would keep spawning there because it's their checkpoint. Therefore, they would have to continuously kill them until the brick is torn up. This is part of gameplay - defend your spawnpoints better if this is a problem for you.
I do not have forcekill, so no admins could have been using it.
Please don't make a drama topic full of lies (10+), it seriously ruins your chance at proving a point.

More like 10%, and that is only on the matter of Truce's key and Xang's clan.
You were not there to witness any of this, so how can you prove this false?
