That's impossible.
You understand nothing about computers. To do what you're describing you would need a RAT which has nothing to do with your IP.
Stop acting like you know even the slightest about how a computer works.

I doubt this will happen/is possible, but,
Try asking badspot if he can deactivate your key for a day or so, then when that time is up, have him give you a new key if the other key is not working by that time.
