I would like a map/add-on/scirpt that makes it so when building under water... The water is not in it (Incase you don't understand..) A Submarine with no water in it if building in a under water area. PLease don't flame i suck at explaining stuff.

It is not possible,but he means map water.

I think Plus suggests that when we build submerse builds (underwater), the water doesn't go through the bricks.

I have done lots of things with torque programming that I thought they would be impossible, yet they worked. You can do about anything with torque, visual basic, C++.. etc.

He means that when you place the brick, it is the opposite of the water brick. Instead of there being water, there is not more water, so you can stand up. I had this idea a few weeks ago.

Unfortunately, this is NOT possible.
EDIT: You could offset the water gravity but you'd still get the coloured screen.

Had it been possible it would probably interfere with drowning mods.

How about a water brick with normal gravity, and a transparent texture. I've found that the texture of the water brick affects the hue
