No it works perfectly, it tracks onto the closest player and you can assign it 2 controls to turn it on and off.
Its just that when you shoot someone if they are walking, since it shoots where they were the bullet goes behind them.

I've heard of them a few updates ago by Truce and such before they gave up exploiting the game like starfishs.
