Steam HL2:D problem
FOX TAIL:
Okay so I had to restart steam but this error popped up:
I don't own the game or ever downloaded it, though I did get HL2 Vikings VS. Pirates II mod
Any help is appreciated

Go to task manager and see if there's a process you can kill.

It will be called hl.exe or something like that.

Nothing there and I still get the error, can't delete it either

Tried getting smartclose but I don't know how to use it :P
