After some problems with steam before i had to reinstall, but now it can't even update, it just says "Checking for Steam updates..." then after about a minute it says "ERROR: Could not connect to Steam Network."

what do i do

This is why I don't use Steam often.

Anyways...
Delete ClientRegistry.blob in the Steam folder.
