There should be a confirmation message in the add-ons menu when you create a topic, that has a 10 second timer before you can continue, and has several emboldened, capital words. Along with a short quiz at the end that requires you to say you are posting a finished add-on. There should also be an option to disable it, but the theory is that the people who make these topics, would not be smart enough to do this. |
