Custom Vehicle Camera?

a client mod can easily add a keybind to run the relevant chasecam delay function. its trivial to make it work as a toggle or as a separate keybind for on/off

oh i still have that drop camera mod. it DID use the chasecam but it works exactly as you described until after several minutes of leaving the camera in place.
