First you had it in a WMA format which I did not have any proper tools for

So I got a few freebies online Using my trusty audio changer and a WMA to MP3 converter
Audacity would not do anything with the file and regurgitated it o I had to use my audio editor that worked and set it to 0.10 semitones
THEN I changed it's playback rate to 200%  and temp scaling to +46
