How do i make a regen button?

Like the subject says i need to know how i make a regen button that regens a vehicle BUT
if someones is using it, it will not regen.
So anyone can help me?

This section of the forum is for scripting, not eventing. I suggest you move this somewhere like Help or General Discussion.
