My Parent's Aren't Going To Buy Me Any New Consoles For Christmas

Hey guess what? You're really not missing anything important.
Know what I did? I went down to a tiny little store and bought an N64 for $20 with Ocarina of Time. That'll keep me occupied for quite a while. Older games are a hell of a lot better, or at least a lot more enduring, considering OOT is still fun to me despite that I've finished it a few times and overall logged probably THOUSANDS of hours playing it since I got an N64 originally.
Frankly owning a lot of games is all well and good, we get them, we play them a little and we drop them and only a few hold our attention for long. I'm a bit ADD with most newer games, but I'm happy enough to play Blockland, Minecraft and occasionally Gmod (sandbox junkie) with splashes of textbased or retro console games when I get bored. If I hadn't decided to spend money seeing what all the fuss was about, I'd have maybe spent a total of $200 on gaming in the last four years. Well, $2300 if you count the new computer. Whatever.

The only good game on DS is Scribblenauts. Know why? I entered 'conceited starfish' and hey, look, you posted! It's like a DS game made of magnets!!
