A lot of stuff pisses me off unnecessarily much, I'm not particularly touchy in regards to that specific statement. I'm mostly just angered by stupid stuff people say to be controversial, but not really because everyone says it.

Frankly, when a piece stupidity becomes not only socially acceptable but the social norm I can become a bit irate.

Well no of course not, saying that a color, which isn't really a noun, is gay doesn't make any damn sense, the implication here is that a male wearing pink clothes is gay.
