Not enough grandeur.

The square floorplan is an instant turn-off for me.
Also, the exterior is nice, but to pull off nicely you need a more elaborate building, and the interior does not work well with this kind of exterior.
It's a no from me this time.
Monocle:
Boxy interior is a major turn off for me as well, the interior is bland as opposed to a moderately well built exterior. I would suggest expanding the actual build and working on the interior.
Its a no from me aswell.
