I did this and it was more of a slush for me. The water also got to be really hot, I mean like burning my skin when I touched it because some of it stuck to my finger

edit: Epic party trick, it's got potential:
1. Make the stuff that freezes (dunno what you call it)
2. Freeze it a day/hours before party/people over/boogaloo/whatever.
3. Get it out and offer it to someone. Before they drink, tap water and lol as they are amazed.
