How long have you been on the internet? Thats pretty much common sense. Its not like tis some huge secret to not let you know that you were banned by hiding the fact untill you get offline. When you are banned, its basically an admin no longer wanting to deal with you. When they push the ban button, they don't expect to sit through hours of you still being a prick waiting for you to go offline so they don't have to take your stuff.
