Commander Ike: ignorant badmin

So, I was his Commander Nicholas's server when (his brother??) Ike begins banning people permanately for using a rocket launcher that is in the spawn room.

Apparently he's too lazy to get rid of the rocket launchers and uses the excuse that "rockets = lag" but not lazy enough to permaban half the server.
