Well with them games you don't need to, you can just get cool stuff when you pay.

So being able to play for more than 10 days and actually trade is just 'cool stuff'? (WoW)
Being able to go further than 2-3 areas (trial, over 30 total if you pay) is just 'cool stuff'? (Wizard 101)
(I don't know how the free trial works for GW)
