If I want a Half-Life for Garrys Mod, which is the one to get?

Actually for Garry's Mod just buy CSS, buying CSS will give you all the Hl2 content (because of some shared .gcf's they have) and of course the CSS content as well which is used in nearly ALL Garry's mod servers.

What about these ERRORs if i don't get orange box?
Are the games different or something?

No, like The Orange Box is all the Source games in one pack. If you just get CS:S, you will see errors for the Jalopy vehicle and every Episode 1/2 model.
If you can't get The Orange Box, get CS:S though, alot of maps use CS:S. c:

Any time someone uses a model from a game you don't have, you'll see a large flashing red ERROR model. Collision on it is really annoying too, since it doesn't scale - it doesn't matter whether the missing model is something huge like one of those things in portal, or something really tiny, the ERROR will be the same size.
Oh yeah, missing textures are pretty bad too, ranging from purple/black checkerboard to wireframe.
