Criticism to a person is not criticism toward their work. Or should I say insults to a person have nothing to do with the work, so calling someone a friend doesn't help at all.
Just saying you don't like it is also a useless waste of time. Maybe you could actually help by giving tips, and not being a straight up starfish.
I would love you see you richards walking up to people at an art convention and saying stuff like:

Your animations are bad and you should feel bad

I mean, at least you gave tips, by why the forget would you ever say stuff like this? Is it because people have said that to you? That's no reason to vent it out on others.

Because my first thought at what you meant was that you saw his, but I realized it was more probable you meant mine were obviously bad. Then I realized you could be talking about your own. It was a classic case of using a pronoun without talking about anything else. At any rate, it really doesn't matter.

His second one is a bajillion loving times better than the first one, he just needed some practice and that's why you shouldn't post your first animations, they usually suck major richard.
