When a noob joins and...

When a noob joins your server and automatically claims he built something of yours and threatens to report ya to blockland and rtb forums, what would your solution be?
I asked him to prove it was his by telling me how many base plates were used to make my design. Of course he couldn't answer it, he simply replied saying I'd be banned for months if I continued to claim I built it.
