Pyramid head
Also make sure you know the pyarmid head is a white man, not black, and that his helmet is a 7sided triangle
Bubble head nurse

Hard to get a frontal pic because they're always crawling, their legs are stuck together by skin
Madndarin .. no head shots, but the head looks pretty much like a bubble head nurse.
More to come in a sec gotta replace my mouses handicapped batteries
