Rules
You will NOT:
- Kill people without reason.
- Drive-by (hang out of your car window and shooting).
- Cheat, hack or exploit glitches.
- Annoying people.
- Ram or park a car above another from a player.
- Scam $150,000 bucks from people.

Ban times
- Cheating, hacking or exploiting - Permantly
- Killing other people without reason - Four days banned

Yes it is, but this server is an role play. I guess you will not take a gun out of your pocket in your street and shooting someone a bullet in hes skull. Actually role playing has a lot of fun for hours.
