What's with the stupid polls?

I'd be fine with it. To be honest, nobody actually uses them very seriously. The only section they are needed is in Mod Discussion. And most forum source code allows you to enable and disable the poll system in separate sections....

So, what good does disabling them actually do?
Also, the forums hasn't had a significant change since the rtb add-ons child board was added over a year ago, I believe.

True,this. But my problem with the polls is that sometimes,when somebody makes a stuff idea/clan/addon/blah,they sometimes only list positive answers (good,very good,excellent,etc). I always pick the least positive. :cookieMonster:

Well, when accessing the site on a phone, I'd rather not have most of my screen be a stupid ass poll, and more along the lines of the thread at hand.

I don't even have polls displayed on my phone.
