Has anyone here seen these weapons before?

They can't be stolen. If they were, they'd be in working condition, IE, the joints wouldn't be messed up. The gun wouldn't fire like that, so it wouldn't have been released, so it couldn't have been stolen.

But I can't help but say that the bottom one looks familiar... Don't know why.
