Maplestory downloading help

Alright, so I'm downloading Maplestory because I'm pretty loving gay like that, and I don't want to use the direct download on a mirror site. So I downloaded the downloader and it claims that my firewalls aren't letting it download, My virus software doesn't give me a warning and I checked, the firewalls aren't on.

Because me and my friend enjoy going onto those long flights and doing incredibly weird or homoloveual things during the winter.

Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Firewall Turn off firewall of put a hole threw it for the downloader.
