My parents don't do anything like this at all. They know I have and will jerk off and watch research and they have no reason to restrict me from doing so.
Don't take this the wrong way though, it's not like they see me when I do it.
I used to have a research folder on my computer called msrbt, a shorter version of masturbate, and put it into some game's folder. But then I realized it's stupid and I just started watching/ looking at research directly on the internet.
